WHITE WINES:
 

2006 Lutzville Chenin Blanc, South Africa   

A crisp, not too dry but very refreshing wine, with a full fruit flavour and bouquet, From Lutzville Valley on the Cape's West Coast.

Oliver & Greggs Sauvignon Blanc

Tropical citrus fruits with a refreshing bouquet and flavour.

2005 Muscadet de Sèvre et maine Sur Lie, Domaine de Bois Bruley, Loire      

An extremely stylish single domaine wine. Dry and fruity. From the Western Loire Valley, just outside the town of Nantes.

Pinot Grigio Altano Di Vico 

A light delicately perfumed wine. Fairly dry and easy drinking.

2006 Semillon Sauvignon Blanc, South Eastern Australia 

With fresh tropical and citrus fruit leaping out at you the wine delivers a fragrant, refreshing bouquet and flavour that will have your tastbuds in a frenzy.

2005 Nautilus Marlborough, Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough, New Zealand              

Regarded as one of New Zealand's most consistent premium quality sauvignon blanc. Crisp, dry and zesty with classic tropical fruit flavours.

2005 Chablis, Alain Geffroy, Burgundy                                      

This wine is perfumed, lively, clean and steely tasting with a crisp finish and great balance. From the renowned House of Latour.

2003 Pouilly-Fumé, La Moynerie, Michel Redde, Loire                    

From the Pouilly sur Loine region where only the pure sauvignon blanc grapes have the right to use Fume in their name. This wine is from a single grower and is crisp and delicate with a greta gooseberry finish.

RED WINES:
 

2005 Rolleston Vale, Shiraz Cabernet, Australia 

The peppery shiraz grape has been blended with cabernet sauvignon grapes to produce a great spicy, fruity and plummy tasting red wine.

2006 C.Y.T. Merlot, Chile 

Produced from the best areas of the Chilean Central Valley. This wine is smooth, elegant, round and yet full bodied with great balance.

2003 Chateaux le Croix de Cabut, Bordeaux 

The Premiere Cotes du Blaye lies north of Bordeaux town. This Chateau has been awarded many distinctions, it is predominately Merlot and is a classic and delicious red Bordeaux.

2003 Lanoy, Boschendal, South Africa 

Excellent concentration of colour and structure, with a good depth of fruit flavours and some peppery spice. Ideal choice for red meats and cheeses.

2003 Marqués de Cáceres, Rioja, Spain 

A superb oak aged Rioja. A medium bodied wine, beautifully balanced on the finish, from this excellent bodega, famous for its mellow mature wines.

2004 Côtes du Beaune Villages, Louis Latour, Burgundy

Classically good pinot noir from this excellent Burgundy producer.  Full bodied, soft and elegant, with a great spicy richness.

Chateau D'Argadens Bordeaux Superieur

Full bodied red, rich, racey and elegant.

ROSÉ WINES

Casillero del Diablo Shiraz Rosé

A dry Rosé packed with forest fruits and a dash of spice. Easy to drink. Fresh, fruity with a crisp finish.
